Say hello to Dr Edmund Poh, our resident doctor here at Tembusu Medical Clinic (Bishan).

Dr Edmund graduated with Honours from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). With a strong interest in Family Medicine, he obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2022. He subsequently pursued further specialist training in Family Medicine, completing his three-year residency and obtaining his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMed FM) in 2025.

Having worked in the public healthcare sector for over eight years, Dr Edmund has gained broad clinical experience across a wide range of disciplines, including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatric Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine. This diverse experience has shaped his holistic approach to caring for patients across different stages of life.

Dr Edmund strives to be a family doctor who is friendly, approachable and reliable. He believes strongly in building long-lasting relationships with his patients and their families, and in providing comprehensive and personalised care tailored to each patient's individual needs. Ultimately, he hopes to be a trusted family doctor whom patients can turn to throughout the different stages of their lives.
